《25项最优时间管理工具与技巧》作者简介：
　　帕梅拉.杜德 毕业于美国宾夕法尼亚大学，先后获得人事管理学士、社会学硕士和组织心理学与社会学博士。她是美国心理协会、美国心理科学协会、美国社会科学协会成员。20多年来她专注研究个人潜能发挥与企业效率问题，帮助个人和企业设计效率方案，解决了很多职场管理中的难题。她还亲自培训了很多全球500家企业的员工，服务的行业遍及能源、健康医疗、制造业以及特殊服务业等。　　
　　佛罗.桑德赫姆 毕业于美国康乃尔大学心理学理专业，美国著名企业发展顾问与咨询专家。他经常为各大公司和协会发表演讲，帮助他们解决发展中的问题，服务的企业包括贝塔斯曼集团、美国联邦保险公司、著名 DC漫画公司 （华纳兄弟娱乐公司下属企业）、哈佛管理公司、汇丰银行(美国)、中美大都会人寿保险有限公司以及芝加哥大学等。他还有长达12年的电信行业和因特网咨询业的销售与商业发展战略经理的经验，主要致力于科技行业管理发展模式。
